This morning my wonderful hubby made me an Egg sandwich for breakfast. Although after he brought it to me he said "oh I forgot about your diet". It was ok though and being that he made it I wouldn't have griped either way eatable for me or not (the dogs would have loved a treat).
Lunch was easy...brown rice, tuna and salsa. It's tasty low cal and fast.
Dinner was shake and Bake BBQ chicken I had an 8 oz chicken boneless skinless chicken, 1 cup of steamed broccoli, 1/2 cup of green beans and 1 cup of brown rice (left over from lunch).
And I had an Orange for a snack.
I'm trying to work on my water intake though, I only drank 3 bottles(so far). I think that still needs to come up a bit . I also didn't get to walk. Most of the day was spent doing miscellaneous things around the house which I didn't feel granted extra calories.
Great day and the cold/sinus infection is getting better!
